Team ROSTER
Due Friday, December 19th
by 5:00 PM
Each Team entry fee is $125.00 per team
Each team gets 10 Armbands.
Spectators – Entry Fee is $5.00 for one time entry only or Armbands for $10.00 for re-entry.
Armbands must be worn on your arm the entire day of the tournament and may not be transferred to another person.
Children ages 10 and under are $2.00 per person. Children 2 and under are Free.
